Order Confirmation
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen. It usually takes 3-7 business days to process your order (while some items may need 5-8 business days or longer). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Cancellation
We put our best efforts into expediting processing and shipping times, so the time window for changes and cancellation will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours as you place your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach us at service@darkpick.com as soon as possible.
Possible Delays
1. We promote slow and high quality fashion. As some of our products are produced on demand to reduce waste & act against over-production, which means that we print, cut, sew and ship it only once we receive a pre-order, the shipping time may be longer as above described.
2. Due to the increase of orders on this site, the increase of logistics packages, import and export customs clearance operation is not timely, resulting in the logistics time extension of 5-10 days.
3.Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weather. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. this is out of our control, normal service will resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
4.We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping methods, but express shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box or Military Addresses(APO/FPO). Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
5.Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for expedited shipping, please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address, even likely " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
6.Due to longer customs clearance time, the shipping time may be extended to 10-25 working days in Philippines, Indonesia and India.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns & exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
-Merchandise must have all stickers and tags on. If the sticker on the bottom part of the swimsuit is damaged or torn off, we cannot process refund or replacement for customers.
-Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return/exchange Process
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@darkpick.com to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: For refund:
We will process the refund after we received the return.
Please notice us the return tracking number once you ship the return parcel.
For Paypal user: You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next business days.
For credit card user:You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.

You can check your email and phone in time,if product out of stock and delivery failed we will email or Phone you(Phone number is from China +86).The delivery failed parcel will keep in post 7 days,parcel should be picked up within 7 days,Otherwise the post will destroy the parcel.If Client not respond the PICK UP INFORM email and phone call in 7 days.Darkpickwill not responsible for any delivery failed parcel.
2. If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email service@darkpick.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
3.Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

If you reject to pay the taxes and duties,the destination country will destory the parcel,If the parcel has been desotry due to Client reason, Darkpickwould not take any responsibility of the parcel.NO REFUND FOR DESTORY PARCEL.
