Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns & exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges Requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
-Merchandise must have all stickers and tags on. If the sticker on the bottom part of the swimsuit is damaged or torn off, we cannot process refund or replacement for customers.
-Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return/exchange Process
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@darkpick.com to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: For refund:
We will process the refund after we received the return.
Please notice us the return tracking number once you ship the return parcel.
For Paypal user: You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next business days.
For credit card user:You should expect to see the amount re-appear in your bank account in the next 5-10 business days.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service at Service@darkpick.com. You will receive a response providing the returning address in 1-2 business days.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.

READ BEFORE RETURN&REFUND
1. You can check your email and phone in time,if product out of stock and delivery failed we will email or Phone you(Phone number is from China +86).The delivery failed parcel will keep in post 7 days,parcel should be picked up within 7 days,Otherwise the post will destroy the parcel.If Client not respond the PICK UP INFORM email and phone call in 7 days.Darkpickwill not responsible for any delivery failed parcel.
2. If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email service@darkpick.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
3.Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
*Especially Express shipping,Express shipping have 10% Probability will be taken taxes and duties
If you reject to pay the taxes and duties,the destination country will destory the parcel,If the parcel has been desotry due to Client reason, Darkpickwould not take any responsibility of the parcel.NO REFUND FOR DESTORY PARCEL.
